What is a roller?

The roller is a crucial component of belt conveyors, available in steel and plastic varieties. It supports both the conveyor belt and material weight, accounting for 35% of total conveyor cost and generating over 70% of system resistance.

Our track and carrier rollers are manufactured from 40Mn2, 40MnB, or 50Mn steel, depending on application requirements. Through precision forging and heat treatment, we achieve surface hardness of HRC52-56 with hardened layer depth exceeding 7-10mm (HRC45) for exceptional durability.

Featuring high-quality floating seals and advanced lubrication systems, our rollers operate reliably in extreme temperatures from -45℃ to 120℃ with minimal maintenance requirements.
